Online Pancake Party

It's Shrove Tuesday - which means Pancake Day in the UK! Join teacher Charlie for a British pancake making demonstration from Charlie, in his kitchen, 'live' online! You can just watch, or....if you want to cook at the same time with Charlie, please make sure you have:

• 2 eggs
• 500 ml milk
• 100g plain flour (with NO raising agent!)
• 1 frying pan (non stick!) and wooden/plastic spatula
• vegetable oil, and kitchen roll
• Your choice of fillings: Nutella, cream, fruit, honey, lemon, sugar, etc. (Your choice!)
