Cambridge for school-age learners
Cambridge English has exams which are specifically designed to motivate school-ages learners and to give them the language and skills they need to study in the UK. The B1 Preliminary (or PET) for Schools exam shows that a student can use English for everyday social and study purposes and is an excellent start to achieving fluency in English.
The Cambridge B2 First (or FCE) for Schools exam gives students the confidence to use their English in the real world.
A B2 First for Schools qualification shows that a student has the language skills they need to communicate in an English-speaking environment and gives them the confidence to pursue their studies in English-medium classes.
Many of those who take B1 or B2 go on to full fluency in English.
