Mardi Gras Party
A time to celebrate, a time to party! In England, we celebrate 'Shrove Tuesday' as 'Pancake Day' - but we had a 'Pancake Day' of our own last month, and for the rest of the world this day is known as Mardi Gras, or Carnival!
With some of our students leaving at the end of this week, we thought it would be great to combine all of the above, into one big fun event! Come to the SP organiser Toby with your ideas and what you would want from a colourful Mardi Gras themed party at Liberty Park. We could have games, music, snacks and drinks - but also how about a pool tournament? Or guitars and bongos? What about scrap fashion? Costumes? Come and let us know!
The social programme is designed for you to make friends, practise your English & explore Bristol and the UK during your time studying at International House Bristol.
