"Not to mention"
We use this expression to add something which is even more important to a list of items.

We use this expression to introduce an action that you should always do if you are not sure what to do.

"In a (right/proper) state"
We use this expression to say someone or something is in an extreme condition - generally negative.

"Better not"
We use this expression to advise someone not to do something, or to say that we don't think we should do something.

"Lighten up"
We use this expression to tell somebody to take a more positive attitude. Usually this is when you are annoyed by somebody being negative.

"A piece of cake"
We use this expression to say that we find something very easy indeed.
